The client’s home sits in the extensive parkland of a Georgian country estate in Devon. Surrounded by an abundance of natural beauty and tranquility, it was a pleasure to spend a few months working on this project.
This project involved removing a sloping flat roof over an existing kitchen extension and turning the room into a light filled vaulted ceilinged space.
The improvements made this cramped dull space into an airy light ridden kitchen diner. Whether preparing and eating a romantic dinner for two, feeding the family or having friends over for dinner, this modernist improvement on an estate house has made having dinner a whole lot lighter.
